Obituary
Aaron C. "Turtle” Fryer, 31, of Mackinaw, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023 at his home.
He was born February 20, 1991 in Pekin to Eric and Ilona Smith Fryer. He married Breanna on October 28, 2022, and she survives.
Also surviving are his father, Eric Fryer of Mackinaw; his mother, Ilona Fryer of Mackinaw; his step-mother, Brenda Fryer of Las Vegas; his children, Marlana (7), Tobias (4), and Cora (3), all of Mackinaw; four brothers, Joshua (Amanda) Crow of Morton, his twin, Cody (Gabriella) Fryer of Maine; Brendan Fryer and Deric Fryer, both of Las Vegas; and one sister, Nikita Webster of Bloomington.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Earl Fryer.
Aaron was a delivery driver for Easy Care Pharmacy in Mackinaw.
He was a member of Sons of the America Legion Post 1276 in Deer Creek and enjoyed woodworking. Most of all he loved being a dad to his children.
His funeral will be at 7:00 pm Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at New Hope Baptist Church in Mackinaw. Pastor Tim Severt will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 6:45 pm Wednesday at the church. Cremation will be accorded following the service. Haensel-Oswald Funeral Home in Mackinaw is handling the arrangements.
