Bruce A. Hild

Bruce A. Hild, 61, of Tremont, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at his home.

He was born August 20, 1963 in Bloomington to Larry and Ilene R. Pflederer Hild.

Surviving are two brothers, Brian (Jill) Hild and Brad Hild, both of Tremont; two nephews, Zachary (Katie) Hild, Brady Hild; and two nieces Jamie Hild, and Jacie Hild.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Bruce worked for many years as a truck driver for Horton Trucking and delivering the Peoria Journal Star.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 am Monday, May 12, 2025 at Mount Hope Cemetery in Tremont.  Pastor Noah Lee will officiate. Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont is handling the arrangements.

Memorials may be made to Tremont Fire Department or St. Jude Midwest Affiliate.
