Connie Barbour

Connie M. Barbour, 62, of Mackinaw, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Unity Point Health, Methodist in Peoria. 

She was born July 9, 1960 in Bloomington to Charles and Mollie Beaty Crabtree. 

Surviving are her mother, Mollie Crabtree of Mackinaw; one daughter, Kara Ortega of Palm Harbor, FL; two grandchildren, Alysia and Ethan Ortega; two sisters, Carol (David) Abbott of Mackinaw and Sandy (Ken) Baurer of Mackinaw; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Toby. 

She was preceded in death by her father, and one brother, David Crabtree. 

Connie loved spending time with her family. 

A private family graveside will be at Mackinaw Township Cemetery. Haensel-Oswald Funeral Home in Mackinaw is handling the arrangements. 

Memorials may be made to Mackinaw Rescue Squad.
