Diana Maness Obituary

Diana K. Maness, 73, of Emden, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Bloomington. 

She was born August 30, 1948 in Pekin to John and Bea Brown Langford. She married Terry Maness on March 6, 1967 in Belton, TX and he passed away October 7, 2007. 

Surviving are one son, Dannie (Irmi) Maness of Germany; two daughters, Curta (Rich) Arnold of Delavan, and Cyndi Maness of Emden; one son in law, Tim Leich of Tremont; 11 grandchildren, Larry (Rhonda) Maness, Alexandrea Luth, Anika Luth, Patrick Decker, Mike Decker, Bryan Arnold, Cindy Maness, Fallon Arnold, Justin Maness, Logan (Chelsie Hungerford) Arnold, and Drake (Bunnie) Leich; 12 great grandchildren; and her beloved fur babies, Jasmine and Dudley. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; one great grandson, Nate Terrence; one sister, Curta Bramble; her in laws, John and Betty Maness, who meant so much to her. 

She worked as a tax accountant for many years. 

Diana was a proud supporter of Bullie Nation, an English Bulldog Rescue. 

She was an avid lover of fishing and enjoyed going to car races. Diana was known for her love and passion for all animals and enjoyed spending time with them. 

Her funeral will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Delavan. A visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Monday, also at the funeral home. Burial will be at Prairie Rest Cemetery in Delavan.
