Surviving are one stepdaughter, Kathe (Steve) Sheffield of Clermont, FL; one stepson, Richard (Liz) Troxell of Hilliard, OH; three brothers, Kenny (Charlene) Cassidy of Mackinaw, Rick (JoAn) Cassidy of Mackinaw, and Todd Cassidy of Springfield, MO; four grandchildren, Daniel (Michele) Baker of Billings, MT, Tylor Venti of Naples, FL, Dylan (Keiara) Raymer of Naples, FL, and Melissa (Juan) Angel of Tampa, FL; eight step grandchildren, Marshall, Grayson, Gretchen, Nicole, Marissa, Miranda, Kenneth, and James; four great grandchildren, Leya, Landon, Maddy, and Jade; three step great grandchildren, Stella, Nova, and Eden; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Melanie Lyons; two sisters, Anne Louise Cassidy and Judy Reeise.
Diana worked at LR Nelson in Peoria until she moved to Florida around 1988. There she and her husband had a commercial cleaning business. After retiring from her business, she went on to clean houses and condos.
She enjoyed doing puzzles, collecting seashells, working with her plants, and working on the family tree. She loved the time she had with her grandchildren. She will be missed terribly.
Diana did not want a service, but there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Haensel-Oswald Funeral Home in Mackinaw is handling the arrangements.
