Glenna Sauder

Glenna M. Sauder, 94, of Morton, formerly of Tremont and Groveland, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton.

 She was born May 20, 1927 in Tremont to August and Carrie Schmid Bolliger.  She married Earl C. Sauder on June 26, 1949 in Tremont, and he survives.

 Also surviving are four sons, Steve (Mary) Sauder of Tremont, Bruce (Becky) Sauder of Morton, Marv (Mary) Sauder of Morton, and Gregg (Cindy) Sauder of Tremont; 16 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; one sister, Janice Koch of Tremont; and one sister-in-law, Alma Bolliger of Tremont.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Derek Sauder; two brothers, Harlan and Jay Bolliger.

Glenna was a homemaker and worked beside her husband Earl in the agricultural business and on the farm.

 She dearly loved her family by praying daily for them. 

 She demonstrated her love for the Lord by using her God-given talents of piano playing, crocheting, and needlework. Many people were blessed by “the work of her hands”.

 She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church in Tremont, where her funeral will be at 10:00 am Friday, April 8, 2022.  Ministers of the church will officiate.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Thursday at Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont and from 9:00 to 9:45 am Friday at the church.  Burial will be in Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Tremont.

 Memorials may be made to Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton.
