Richard “Dick” P. Woodard, 81, of Pekin, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024 at Carl Health Pekin Hospital Emergency Room. He was born May 14, 1942 in Lincoln to Vaughn and Nora Mae Benedict Woodard. He married Mary Kay Taylor on June 23, 1963 in Tremont, and she survives. Gerald “Jerry” Eugene Bucher, a baptized Child of God, was born on July 12, 1938.  His parents were Caleb and Gladys Shawgo Bucher.  God, whom he loved, called him home to heaven at the age of 85.  Formerly from Tremont, he was residing at the Hopedale Nursing Home.
