Jason C. Miller

Jason C. Miller, 40, of Tremont passed away March 10, 2026 at OSF Medical Center in Peoria, IL. 

He was born March 21, 1985 to Marion “Dick” and Cindy Ritchie Miller in Amarillo, Texas.  Jason married Ashley Bachman on May 4, 2019 and she survives. 

Also surviving are one daughter, Jayley Miller of Tremont; one sister, Jillyn (Joryn) Parker of Tremont; one niece, Serenity (Liam) Burgos of Morton; two nephews, Gage Miller and Wyatt Miller, both of Tremont. 

Jason was preceded in death by his parents.

Video gaming was one of Jasons favorite hobbies but his greatest joy in life was being a father to his daughter, Jayley.  He was an amazing girl dad and would do anything for his little girl. 

His funeral will be held on Friday March 13, 2026 at 10:00 am at Davis Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont.  James Fehr will officiate.  Visitation will be from 5-7 on Thursday March 12, 2026, also at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at the Apostolic Cemetery in Tremont.

Memorials can be made to the Education fund for Jayley that has been set up on her behalf at the Tremont Community Bank.
