Obituary
Leonard U. Lacefield, Sr., 96, passed away of natural causes at 96-years old at Baptist Village Community, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma under the loving care of the entire staff at approximately 10:00pm, March 27th, 2023.
He was born December 24, 1926 in Simons, KY. He will be cremated and transported with his wife, Bernise Faye Lacefield (previously passed March 1st, 2013) to Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont in preparation for his service. This “Celebration of his life” will be held at 2pm Friday, April 14, 2023 at Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont and followed by a graveside burial of both he and Bernise in a brief service accompanied by a Military Service Acknowledgement Presentation at Antioch Cemetery, Tremont IL. Reception and time with the family will follow at Northfield Christian Fellowship, Tremont.
