Luz "Lucy" Tompkins

Luz “Lucy” Maria Tompkins, 88, of Pekin, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Pekin Manor.

She was born December 4, 1936 in Guayama Puerto Rico to Victor Alicea and Angelina Romanacce. She was married to Ruben Morales and then to Wesley Tompkins, and they preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons, Ruben (Joyce) Morales of Florida and Ricardo Morales of Florida; one daughter, Cathy (Bradley) Smith of Delavan; several sisters and one brother; three grandchildren, Danisha Gresham, Ketra Smith, and Olivia Morales; and four great grandchildren.

She was a waitress for over 20 years.  She loved the Lord God and her family.

As per her wishes, cremation has been accorded and there will be no services.  Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Delavan is handling the arrangements.

Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice or to the family.
