Noah Landrith Obituary

Noah Ashton Landrith, 16, of Delavan, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center Emergency Room in Peoria.

He was born November 16, 2006 in Pekin to Adam Landrith Sr. and Erin Morrison.

Surviving are his mother, Erin Runyon of Delavan; his father, Adam Landrith Sr. of Pekin; maternal grandparents, Tim and Janet Morrison of Delavan; paternal grandparents, Roger and Mary Landrith of Pekin; paternal great grandfather, John Henderson Sr. of Pekin; siblings, Adam (Willow Dale) Landrith Jr. of Pekin and Emma Runyon of Delavan; aunts and uncles, Mike (Cam) Morrison of Hillsboro, OR, Tim (Pam) Morrison of Mishawaka, IN, Chad (Julie) Morrison of Perryville, MO, Scott (Elisha) Morrison of Perryville, MO, Nicole (James) Eidenmiller of Delavan, Megan (Ryan) Buchanan of Delavan, Angela (Matthew) Wiggins of East Peoria; many cousins; and his pet cat, Frank.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, John and Margaret Bruno and Joseph and Mary Morrison; paternal great grandmother, Bonnie Henderson; paternal great grandparents, Don and Dorine Landrith; great aunt, Debi Garrison; uncle, Shane Morrison; cousin, Lyrik Buchanan; and his great aunt, Joi Weyhrich

Noah was a freshman at Delavan High School, where he was involved with EA Sports.

He was an avid video game player, a history buff, enjoyed woodworking, and loved astronomy. He was a St. Louis Cardinal fan, Philadelphia Eagles fan, and Notre Dame fan.

Noah was very proud to be part of the gay community and would do anything for anyone.  He never knew a stranger.

He will be remembered for his most contagious smile and laugh.  Noah loved BIG and was the true definition of a Heart of Gold!

Noah was an organ and tissue donor through the Gift of Hope, saving 30 other lives.

His funeral will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Delavan.  Pastor Steve Waggoner will officiate.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Friday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Prairie Rest Cemetery in Delavan. The family requests those attending to wear their favorite band or flannel shirt.

Memorials may be made to the Trevor Project or to help with funeral expenses.
