Pamela J. Shryock

Pamela J. Taylor Shryock of Hearne, TX. died June 26,2025 at Legacy Health Care Center Bryan, TX. from Pulmonary Fibrosis. She had been in declining health for several years.

She was born February 10,1960 in Peoria to the late Lavelle E. and Mary L. Mobley Taylor. She attended Hopedale and Green Valley schools, graduating from Green Valley High School in 1978. She married Virgil Shryock in February 1979. She later married Wayne Turner. She was a home health care worker for 30 years. She is survived by one son, Joshua, of Orange Park, Fl. One daughter, Samantha (Brian)Rekieta of Hearne, Tx. Two brothers, Ronald (Sandra) of Mackinaw and Jerry of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. and one sister, Joyce of Kankakee. And two grandsons.

She was preceded in death one brother, Bradley and her paternal grandparents, William and Bertha Gentry Taylor of Tremont and Mackinaw and her maternal grandparents, Thomas and Ova Greathouse Mobley of Minier and Hopedale.

Her service and interment in Orendorff cemetery in rural Hopedale were private at her request.
