Penelope Benedict Obituary

Penelope Sue Benedict passed away August 3, 2026 at St Joseph Hospital in Bloomington, IL.

Born on August 3, 2026 in Bloomington Penelope is survived by her parents, Matthew & Grace Benedict, Grandparents, Stephen & Ellen Benedict, and David & Marcia Schillinger, and 7 Great Grandparents, 12 Aunts & Uncles, 10 cousins, and a large extended family who loved her dearly.

A visitation will be held Saturday August 29th, 2026 from 2:00 - 3:45pm at BridgeWay Community Church in Pekin for those wishing to express their love for Penelope.

Reverend Darin Fowler will officiate a service at 4pm following the visitation at the church. Davis Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont is handling the arrangements.
