Obituary
Rickey G. Hawkins, 68, of Mackinaw, passed away Saturday April 16, 2022 at Unity Point Health Pekin Emergency Room.
Rickey was born October 29, 1953 in Harrisburg, Illinois to Darrell D. and Phyllis A. Deaton Hawkins.
He preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Myrtle Hawkins and Charles and Belle Deaton; and his parents.
He is survived by his six brothers, Michael W. Hawkins of Mackinaw, Lonnie D. Hawkins of Pekin, Ken D. Hawkins of Washington, Darrin L. Hawkins of Mackinaw, Kevin D. Hawkins of Harrisburg, and Meric C. Hawkins of Kentucky.
Rickey was a laborer for Caterpillar and enjoyed listening to his records in his free time.
A private graveside service was held at Mackinaw Township Cemetery in Mackinaw.
