Ronald Hazelman Obituary

Ronald E. Hazelman, 78, of Peoria, formerly of Tremont, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

He was born May 13, 1943 in Pekin to Otto and Mabel Davis Hazelman.

Surviving are one son, Terry (Joyce) Hazelman of South Pekin; one daughter, Robin (James) Arnold of Brimfield; one grandchild, Cody Arnold of Brimfield; one brother, Gary (Diana) Hazelman of Washington; two sisters, Marilyn Goodwin of Knox City, MO, Sharon Golden of Pekin and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister.

Ronald worked at Caterpillar Inc for 31 years retiring in 1998. He also worked for S.A. Moreland Landscaping driving a truck for 10 years and also helped farm with Palmer and Alan Bliss.

He enjoyed gardening.

Cremation has been accorded. A private family service will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Tremont. Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont is handling the arrangements.
