Ronald “Ron” Bluhm, 82, of Delavan, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
He was born August 16, 1943 in Pekin to Elbert “Slick” and Maxine E. Terrell Bluhm. He married Mary Hall and was married for 17 years.
Surviving are his four adopted children, Jason Hall, Jeffrey Bluhm, Scott Hall, and Mindy Clark; eight grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dennis Bluhm.
Ron served his country faithfully serving in the United States Air Force.
He was a self-employed RF Engineer.
Ron was a man of God. He enjoyed tinkering with all things electronic and collecting various items from history.
Cremation has been accorded. A graveside service will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday October 15, 2025 at Prairie Rest Cemetery in Delavan, with military honors accorded. Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Delavan is handling the arrangements.
