With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Savannah Wolf (34), a mother, daughter, sister and friend, who left this world far too soon. Known for her big smile, and even bigger heart, Savannah was a bright light in the lives of everyone she touched.
She worked tirelessly at Right at Home as a CNA, she dedicated her time to patient care which was her true calling. Savannah was pursuing her nursing degree, with a graduation date set for spring of 2025, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to helping those in need. Her contagious, laughter and sweet soul brought joy to her patients and coworkers alike, and she went out of her way to ensure that everyone felt valued and cared for.
A true embodiment of life, Savannah was the light and laughter of a room and never turned down a chance to share her love of living and entertaining. Fall was her favorite season, and she eagerly anticipated Halloween, the month of her birthday. She cherished every moment spent trick-or-treating with her children, exploring haunted houses, and enjoying hay rack rides. Her love for music shone brightly as she attended concerts, singing, and dancing, and she very much looked forward to sharing those experiences with her kids.
Her colorful personality was reflected in her choice of bright, diverse scrub tops, often adorned with matching bows and her messy bun. During the summer, you could find her swimming with her children, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Above all, Savannah‘s greatest joy was her family. Her babies were her world, and she poured her heart and soul into being the best mother she could be. She was truly one of a kind, a strong and sweet soul whose spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
As we celebrate Savannah‘s life, we remember her as a shining star who brought so much joy and love into this world. May her memory be a blessing, and may we honor her legacy by continuing to spread kindness and care, just as she did.
