Sherri Jackson

Sherri L. Jackson, 63, of Hopedale, passed away November 28, 2025 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born January 10, 1962 in Greenville, MI to Edward and Alice Davis Jackson.

Surviving are her father, Edward Jackson of Michigan; three sons, Andy (Abby) Jackson of Mackinaw, Lowell “LB” (Brittany” Bissell III of Ft Campbell, TN, and Ernest “Ernie” Bissell of Hopedale; Phillip (Tamera) Rockey of Hopedale, who was like a son; three stepdaughters, Krissy Antrim of Heyworth, Erin Bissell of Hopedale, and Melissa (Bob) Park of Bloomington; three grandchildren, Andrew Jr. “AJ”, Addy, and Colter; three brothers, James “Jimmy” (Shellie) Jackson of Gowen, MI, Edward (Norma) Jackson of Mancelona, MI, and Doug (Ann) Jackson of Gowen, MI.

She was preceded in death by her mother; and one son, Edward “Eddie” Bissell.

Sherri did a little bit of everything but always 100% mother.

She enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking, baking, sewing, bead work, gardening, and crafting.

A celebration of life will be from 12noon to 4:00 pm Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the Now and Then in Hopedale. Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont is handling the arrangements.
