Shirley Sturch

Shirley G. Sturch, 88, formerly of Delavan, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at her home.

She was born May 3, 1935 in Decatur to Edgar and Opal Morrison Kemper.  She married Bill M. Sturch on June 24, 1960 in Pekin, and he passed away March 5, 2017.

Surviving are her children, Lori Danley of Bartonville, Jeff Sturch of Creve Coeur, Stacey (Jim) Stauffer of Boonsboro, MD, and Brian (Kari) Sturch of Groveland; 10 grandchildren, Jeffrey (Sarah) Kern, Tamie (Christopher) George, Lindsey (Jeremy) Redner, Zachary Stauffer, Jacob (Ally) Stauffer, Daniel Stauffer, Lucas Stauffer, Kalie Sturch, Brock (Leigh) Sturch, and Eryn Sturch; three great grandchildren, James Lambert, Alice Kern, and Vivian Stauffer; and one great great grandson, Jack Lambert.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Marv, Larry, and Jerry.

Her funeral will be at 11:00 am Monday, August 21, 2023 at Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Delavan.  Pastor Linda Philabaun will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Prairie Rest Cemetery in Delavan.
