Stanley Lancaster

Stanley Lancaster, 81, of Minier, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2026, at his home. He was born on January 25, 1945 to Clarence Lancaster and Alta Vanness in Stanford, IL. Stan married Marcia Mitchell on April 10, 2009, in Bloomington, IL. She survives.

He is also survived by three daughters; Alta (Chris) Dowdel of McLean, IL., Donna Brock of Chatsworth, IL., and Traci Lancaster of Alpharetta, GA. Along with four grandchildren, one great-grandson, and one great-granddaughter on the way.

He was a great man and will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

Cremation rights have been accorded by the family and there will be no services at this time.

Memorial donations may be made to any animal rescue programs in honor of Stan.
