Tyler Ragland

  Tyler James Ragland, 30, of Pekin, passed away at 8:30 am Friday, September 20, 2019 at his home. He was born August 18, 1989 in Pekin to Dennis and Sheryl Feasley Ragland. Surviving are his father and step mother, Dennis (Shari) Ragland of Cape Coral, FL; his mother, Sheryl Ragland of Springfield, TN; paternal grandfather, Wesley Ragland of Hopedale; fiancé, Ginny Obeso of Pekin; two daughters, Riley and Darby Grandy of Pekin; one brother, Matt Ragland of Pekin; two sisters, Tonya Ragland of Bloomington and Samantha (Zach) Hedrick of Springfield, TN. He was preceded in death by Grandma Gertie, Mama Kay; great grandma, Hester and Grandpa Feasley. Tyler worked at Ragland Builders in Hopedale and ClearView Window in Pekin. He was very articulate person. He had a love for music, especially street music, animals and enjoyed playing spoons, but most of all he loved his family. Cremation has been accorded. A private family Celebration of Life will be at a later date. There will be no visitation. Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont is handling the arrangements. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Midwest Affiliate.
